Coastal Sports & Wellness Medical Center of San Diego provides high quality primary care, sports medicine, chiropractic care as well as sports massage, acupuncture and personal training for athletes and active patients with a focus on lifetime health using a comprehensive team approach.

Coastal Sports and Wellness Medical Center is a 12,000 square foot sports medicine and fitness facility. Our Sports Medicine area included individual medical exam, chiropractic and sports massage rooms. We have on-site x-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound to help diagnosis sports injuries.

ErgVideo brings together real-action video and actual power files from road, criterium, triathlon and time trial races to the indoor cycling environment.
Each session focuses upon developing a specific component important to cyclists and triathletes. It’s as close to actual racing as you can get on an indoor cycling. As the racing action unfolds on our large screen televisions, you’re forced to respond breakways, bridge gaps and work hard.
