At Coastal Sports & Wellness Medical Center, we understand the value of wellness, exercise and nutrition
in promoting life-long health.

Coastal Sports and Wellness is a new concept in health care, featuring a full-service comprehensive sports & wellness medicine facility that provides an integrated approach to medical issues and sports injuries in active patients.

Our physicians strongly believe that exercise, nutrition and wellness are important components to life-long health and work with patients not only on acute and chronic injuries but also on medical issues such as hypertension, high cholesterol, and asthma.

The Medical Center includes board-certified primary care doctors, sports medicine physicians and chiropractors working in conjunction with athletic and personal trainers, physical therapists, and massage therapists to get patients back to their pre-injury level of activity, health and well-being.

How important do we feel exercise and wellness is?

We even built a 5,000 square foot personal training area as part of our center. Patients not only have access to top sports medicine staff, but also to individual and group personal training, exercise physiology testing and indoor cycling classes.
