Our classes meet at 7 am on Monday and Wednesdays for a great morning fitness workout designed to supercharge your day! Our fitness boot camp program not only focuses on exercise, but includes a nutrition component to help you keep off the weight that you’ve lost.
Our fitness boot camp workout programs are designed designed by our San Diego personal trainers and sports medicine staff to not only offer a great boot camp workout, but also to be based on the latest exercise science research to get you the fastest weight loss and muscle-toning results in a safe, fun and healthy environment. Our personal training staff in our San Diego sports medicine center are all nationally certified and are required to take continuing education courses to constantly improve their personal training knowledge and skills
